EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

At Christmas time for added peace of mind, you can return your product until Saturday 16th January 2021 - if purchased between 30th October and 24th December 2020.

COVID INFORMATION

We are open and dispatching your orders as normal, but please be aware we are operating with a slower service. Please expect your order to possibly take up to 5 working days to dispatch.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to arrive within the UK. All items will be shipped with the Royal Mail, unless over 2kg. MyHermes will be used for orders over 2kgs. International order can take up to 32 days.

We can exchange or refund an item that has not been de-tagged, providing it is within 14 days of the date of purchase. All items will be returned at the buyer's expense. If you wish to exchange an item, the postage cost of the new item to be sent out to you will be paid at the buyer's expense. 

You must retain possession of all goods and ensure that they are kept in the exact condition as they were when they were delivered to you. We will be in contact with you and we will arrange for you to have the goods delivered back to us. 

You also have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch within 1 day of placing it.

We will refund to you the full purchase price including postage and packing of an item which is delivered in a damaged or faulty condition or which develops a fault within 3 months from delivery (this does not include damage that has been caused due to normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions, failure to comply with washing instructions or misuse).
